Typical small mall subway, food is great, I've only seen one server smile consistently. No urgency when packed in terms of staff members helping out on the line.

Communication was so difficult!! I am on the shorter side and hard of hearing. Staff also short...making it difficult and so hard to hear over the cabinet....aircon/heater above also extremely noisy. Told them several times i couldn't hear anything..no effort made to clarify anything. 3 orders: 2 the same apart from size Orders not right when we got home......but will not go back to complain or order again.

Blonde lady was very rude and aggressive . Was trying to rush everyone through . Wasn’t polite at all . There was a trainee was very confused and didn’t get any help from senior staff . Very unprofessional. There were foreign people behind us who struggled with English and the blonde lady was rude to them and did show any sign of trying to help . It seemed like they were an inconvenience and was I highly disgusted when I heard her tone of voice and anger she used to talk to them . Will not be coming back!! Grrr

i feel like this Subway had drastically different training from the other Subways ive been to they tend to rush through everything and never toast long enough and when things are rushed they're never done as well and customer service comes off quite snappy

Really disgusting customer service by that blonde girl everyone else is talking about.. started shouting at me for no reasons and didn’t wanted to listen at all.. will never ever in my life come to Barrington subway and will say the same to my friends..

A blonde sandwich artist threw an unopen napkin in front of me.My apology if she was irritated not being able to hear me wanting everything with salad.I seriously felt she was coming out to punch me after i upset her. Is it because of my skin colour upset her.Never ever being treated like this at any Subway.I insulted myself with 5.50 as my pre birthday Chil. Could i have my money back please?if you wana check your Cctv. Please do. I will put up this rare and unique experience on google map even though i guess the store owner could care at all.A Very surprising visit.

Wow barrington you have let your shop go, place was filthy , both in the eating area and behind the counter, tables were disgusting, attitudes of staff were terrible, also why was a child behind the counter serving people? Blonde girl looked like she had just rolled out of bed, disheveled and dirty, I wouldnt want her handling my food and why the hell is it so hard to wrap a wrap, she had literally wrapped the paper into the wrap, was a soggy, sloppy mess, cookies were not cooked. Overall, Disappointing to say the least . Do better subway Barrington
