Bit disappointed with Whangarei franchise. Really badly misquoted on price for whole house rewiring and hook up. At close to 10k over the estimate and still only half finished I dissolved the relationship. And despite promises, no paperwork or supporting material has come through in the ensuing months, so I've just had to cut my loses and get the new sparky to work it all out for himself.

I would not recommend their services at all. I called them to have a leak in a pipe repaired when my regular plumber was fully booked. The initial repair work wasn't done properly - the plumber forgot to tighten a join he made. I was incorrectly charged for a pressure valve that wasn't fitted at all. I was also charged for more than double the time the labour actually took. When I called to tell them their repair work hadn't been done properly and the join they made was leaking, I was charged again for parts"

Amazing service from these guys. Rachel went above and beyond to get my oven installed on the same day I had it delivered. Bruce was great to deal with also. Highly recommend.
