Amazing job, so grateful! I thought our fridge was stuffed, everything had started freezing all of a sudden. The seals didn’t look too bad but I called Roger to replace them just in case.He found a couple of spots where the seal was wrecked, and noticed that our fridge door had bent. He replaced both seals and lifted the fridge door for the original quoted price of $210 (which was just for seals).The fridge is no longer freezing! Reasonably priced, great job. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately this experience was not a good one. Roger changed the seal of the fridge/freezer for an exorbitant price and left the house in a hurry. The seal didn't seal so he asked me to fix for him with a hair blower. It didn't work. A week after he came in (the fridge was loosing heat for days and days). He then fixed the problem and said that the problem was too much food in the freezer which was not true. Very grumpy man, bad service and very expensive. I do not recommend.

Just wanted some assistance on making sure a new fridge seal would fix the issue given the $100 cost to replace but after making the trip home to get the fridge model and make num etc I was just left with pay the money and replace the seal, no viewing for repair needs quotes avail. Keen to pay the $100 if I could be sure it would be a working fridge afterward. . Not sure how to make sure we're fixing the right thing.*In reply to the comment below.I would have been fine to pay a call out fee prior to paying for the seals to make sure the job was going to be sufficient. I would have even appreciated a phone call back to be asked what is the issue, it possibly could have been settled over the phone that yes that's an issue that a seal replacement will fix. Instead I got no reply as soon as I asked for a little validation.Understandable or not?.I'm willing to take my review down if your willing to settle this issue, the review is aReply given you didn't want to reply to my messages, the review is not about a job done no it's about the service and the time I wasted on chasing a job. Great service. Roger did an excellent job fixing our freezer seal which had ripped in multiple places. He made a new seal which looks exactly the same as the original. We've recommended fridge sealers to our family and friends.

I am very happy with the fridge and freezer seal replacements that Roger did on my fridge.It has made a huge differerence and has saved me buying a new fridge. Would thoroughly recommend Roger.
