Highly recomment Arna and Nerida with your next conference/event organisation! I am not sure if any other company could have been able to walk us through all the changes that the COVID19 Pandemic imposed on us, esp. with the very recent lockdown which made us transfer our whole conference online in about 5 weeks. I had the benefit of working with Composition NZ over the last 3 years on the CLESOL Conference project for TESOLANZ. No surprise in the pandemic climate when our 2020 face-2-face event was at first postponed, and then transitioned into a virtual conference. I have deep gratitude and respect for Arna Wahl Davies and Nerida Ramsay @Compositon and their team during this transition to an online conference. The company worked tirelessly and professionally to enable the conference to proceed online for October 2021.

The team at Composition will make your conference/event organisation a walk in the park - this is coming from working with them for three years. When we had to postpone our 2020 conference due to the lockdown, Arna and Nerida caught us with their 'don't worry, we got this' safety net mindset - and this is just who they are. The fact that we had spent almost two years with their expertise and positive attitudes by that point meant we were able to trust them to guide us through the madness. Fast forward to 2021 when lockdown hit yet again and we had to shift 2.5 years of work to a virtual conference in 5 weeks. It wasn't till other colleagues offered their sympathies, a week before the virtual conference, for this enormous task that it truly dawned on me - all of the hard work had already been done by Composition behind the scenes and I had barely lifted a finger. I'm sure other companies are competent too, but I truly don't know if they could have done it with the heart that Composition has. I cannot recommend Arna and Nerida highly enough. Not only do they provide exceptional service with innovative ideas and a 'nothing is too much effort' attitude, but they are also a pleasure to work with. The language conference that I was involved in firstly had to be postponed for a year, then had to move quickly from a face-to-face to a virtual delivery, due to L4 lockdowns in Auckland. Arna and Nerida managed this process well, finding an excellent online platform and doing all the hard graft behind the scenes to provide a smooth experience for the delegates.
