Jim is superb. He helped me out with the alarm in my house and it was so seamless. Highly recommend this company for alarm servicing etc. TKR resolved my alarm problems. I'll be back!

The team at TKR did a fantastic job, Amelia was very quick to respond to my email, and her team, Cori & Shane were on time to the job, everything was explained to them, they carried out the work required, cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. I would be happy to have them do more work for me and highly recommend them to anyone for electrical work.

TKR Electrical was sub-contracted by a plumbing firm I engaged with to do the electrical work for my recent install of a A26 Rinnai Gas Infinity Unit with a controller to control the gas infinity unit. I asked the electrician to use the existing wiring for the switch that use to run my old HWC but to take that particular wire off the trickle feed electrical supply (This obviously is to make sure the cylinder heats during off-peak power times) reason I asked for this to happen is the eventual problem be that the gas infinity would shut off for good. Once I got home yesterday afternoon I realized that my gas infinity controller wasn't working and could no longer get hot water to my property, upon my investigation I figured out that the electrician left the wiring on the old trickle feed and it stopped working. (This is poor trade practice!!)When I called the owner, I explained the problem to her and asked for this to be rectified straight away (that night approximately 6pm) as it is a basic human necessity to have a hot water supply to your household and her response was 'it wont be tonight' what ever the excuse was for this answer this is purely outrageous as her company failed to provide quality workmanship that would be fail proof and if she was unable to come to rectify the problem herself she should have tried to organize for one of her other employees to rectify this problem that night (I do understand they don't have a call out policy but this was a emergency to have hot water due to poor workmanship from her company). If this was a dead switch for a plug I would have been happy for a next day fix but for me not having hot water to my property I believe this is unacceptable..... As a tradesman myself I believe if its a serious sanitary issue that has occurred due to your poor workmanship I believe you should front up with a fix ASAP, aka that same day/night.My reason for giving two stars is due to the owner being able to provide me with a fix the next morning but having to take time off of work to deal with this issue is highly unacceptable due to the poor workmanship.I hope the owner takes this review as a continuous improvement/ learning opportunity to have a better quality assurance process to ensure this type of issue doesn't happen to anyone else and improves the companies customer service for serious emergencies if they occur due to their poor workmanship such as the occurrence I had by fixing these problems as soon as possible to lessen the impact it has on their customers life's.

We build spec houses and use TKR Electrical on a regular basis and have always found them very professional and they know what they are doing and would recommend them.

Electrician arrived on time, consulted about some wiring issues before going ahead and was clear about my options and cost difference between them. Job was well done and he tidied up, swept the floor and removed all the packaging. Received certificate of compliance via email within a few days. Contacted TKR on recommendation from a friend who had used them before, will happily use them again. After a string of quality/workmanship issues with other renovation work, it was great to get someone in who did exactly what I asked for and did it well.

Highly professional operator. Responded quickly and gave great advice re rental property under the Health Homes Standard - understood the requirements and delivered best outcome for tenant and owner.

Amelia installed a new powerpoint and light in our new extension. The work was good and she charged a reasonable price.
