Katy is a skilled, respectful, intuitive & articulate practitioner in both yoga and massage. My Kahuna session was sublime - I let myself be carried away by the long, fluid, dance-like massage, and the more my mind let go, the more my body melted too.

My bony bits, my saggy bits, my physical and emotional scars (both old and more recent) and the accompanying insecurities nervously arrived at Katy's beautiful clinic space for my first experience of Kahuna body work.Katy's warm greeting and explanation made all of me feel welcomed and secure as the treatment began. As the physical scars were noticed Katy quietly asked re considerations as her very capable hands continued to flow over them. As the emotional ones became noticeable Katy didn't enquire and her hands held softly until my body was ready for her to continue and then her hands continued to flow over those too.At the end of the 90mins I felt I had been on a journey of positive reconnection with my body as a whole. A sense of peace with my body..a rare feeling that I seldom experience except when im in the ocean.So if you enjoy the ocean you will love what Katy offers. If you don't enjoy the ocean you will love what Katy offers. You couldn't not love it.So treat yourself or a friend I guarantee you won't regret it. I had been experiencing sore joints and body tension that had been really getting me down. The massage with Katy was deep and flowing and eased away the stress and pains. It was like being in a dance that I just surrendered to. I highly recommend this.
