Absolute rip-off, bought 2 x 10L buckets of Dulux roof & trim paint for $230 each. Later on checked at Bunnings - it's $157 per bucket. Rang shop to discuss this only to hear it is what it is

Sophie deserves a special mention having been the face of the company, outstanding. Poor customer service - I had bought both the 'water based' and 'oil based' stain/varnish as I wasn't sure which one my partner wanted, but informed the salesperson that I will return the one we don't want.Due to house moving, I ended up losing the receipt. But I still had the details of EFTPOS transaction (date/time) that I offered to show to them, so that they can look up the receipt in their computer system. They refused to return the product despite remembering us. No effort was made to help. Perhaps they need to learn to use the computer system better.

Your drivers pull out of people in an 80km/h zone and go 45-50km/h causing us to slam on our brakes. Do better, get better drivers. Terrible look.

The young lady was very helpful & lovely. She showed us various fabric samples after asking about our ideas. Sadly we heard a blonde haired lady who also works there speaking impatiently & negatively to her when she went to ask a question. Very unprofessional & unnecessary
