I really enjoyed my interview with Edith. The first impression when I arrived at the reception desk was welcoming. Both the receptionist and Edith were pleasant.During the interview I found Edith easy to understand and I felt she was respectful and genuine in helping me. She gave me useful tips and advices. I was nervous when heading to the appointment but Barry was so good, soft spoken, not judgemental and went slow with me which is great as a I have learning/processing difficulties so I appreciate his patience.
