NZ Post might be the most disorganised and, worse, dishonest official organisation in NZ. They refuse to take any responsibility for items posted from overseas which they are employed to deliver within NZ; if they lose one, it's essentially too bad

I never write reviews but the customer service was so appalling. I was served by a (Scottish?) Lady and she was so rude to me while I was buying a couple of post bags. She was using a very blunt, harsh and condescending tone that made me feel stupid and very uncomfortable, while I was just trying to post a couple of items of clothing. While I was packaging up my items, she was very rude to the customer after me; so much so that we exchanged worried glances multiple times. This behaviour is unacceptable, you don’t know who might be having a hard day. I will never use this post office again, and you shouldn’t either.

Extremely rude staff especially the Maori lady on the the counter. I went to return a parcel that I’ve ordered online and just needed to use some tape, she charged $1.50 for 3 pieces of tape and put the tapes on my parcel without any care. I could clearly see that the tapes were falling off, couldn’t even close my parcel properly, but when I asked her for one more piece of a tape and she said I need to pay again and just dropped my parcel on the floor and saying “some people just don’t have any tapes at home these days”. I’m not particularly upset about the fact that I paid 1.50 but on her customer service skill which I don’t understand.

Such a wonderful service. Georgina(lady at the post office counter ) was very welcoming and went beyond to help me and others in the queue.Highly appreciate her efforts. Keep going Georgina.

How do I find out about a parcel that’s meant to be delivered but isn’t when we aren’t able to email or contact you, NZ Post.

A lady staff was extremely helpful when I needed to send some parcels, write the address and pack them.

Awful service by the old lady, she is really rude, don't know why she is still working in there.

NZ Post are immoral, greedy and terrible at service. Almost always guaranteed to have a problem. Your entire service revolves around delivering things, how can you just say estimated delivery time
