HIKOCO Newmarket

I love Korean skincare and makeup whenever Im in new market I always go in to have a browse. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, good customer service.

Ordered not ready yet after Paid an urber driver to pick up 2 parcels at the store. Two times I called them about the parcels that I ordered for confirmation the woman at the phone said yes you can come to collect, but arrived there the staff who working today Monday ( Waitangi day ) seems confusing. If you aren't ready why you said it's ready. Your staff needs to trained not just only selling products but to take decision if required urgent matter without waiting for a manager to come so you can satisfy your customers for the products & service. Wasted my money for Uber drive to pick up. Really disappointed.

Such a cute store with a really strong brand and awesome design concept itself. Shopping in here is an experience on its own. Products are all laid out very attractively. Whilst the store is small it packs a really wide range of Korean beauty brands and products. The focus is definitely more on skincare than makeup though. The staff member was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

You would of thought you would get top experience here being a top store for skin products and this was not the case. First of all I got looked down on when collecting my items for click and collect. Second off putting thing was I wanted to buy a rice mask that cost 40 dollars and I ask to have a sample of it as I suffer from a lot of break outs to some products only to be told that they don’t have sample containers and if I had my own then she would of give me a sample. This was disappointing because how was i to know I needed a container for samples to take with me. This should be put on the page if we want samples we have to bring our own containers.Lastly I spent close to $300 dollars you would of thought they would put some free samples like you guys always do. Disappointed at my experience here and will stick to the city one as the lady’s are kind over there.

A wonderful shop, very friendly workers and well priced items. I had help from Charlotte selecting a night regime, she was very helpful and knew the products well.

Busy shop! Great selection. Slightly more expensive than other stores stocking the same products. Paid $9.90 for a nail polish in the mall and $12 at this store (same brand, different colour). I really liked the colour so I bought it anyway but it's a decent difference.

Brought an entire set of kbeauty products for the first time (10 products!) plus 10 pack of snail bee face masks from Hikoco. Staff were absolutely helpful - Kate and Nat to be specific. Love the look and feel of the products, looking forward to trying them all soon! Have already told my friends about the great service and products from Hikoco! Looking forward to becoming a loyal customer!

Being new to skincare going into a store like Hikoco can be quite overwhelming. Although I have an interest in taking steps towards a skincare routine I do not know much around the topic. So when Kimberly came to assist me, she made what could have been a very overwhelming experience a comfortable one. She was extremely professional and very helpful. I never felt rushed going through the wide range of products with her, and she was able to help me find products specifically for my skin type and skin concerns. I left feeling confident and reassured in the products I had purchased and as Kimberly advised non of the products were harsh on my extremely sensitive skin. Im very thankful to Kimberly and I would recommend anyone interested in skincare going to Hikoco for high quality products and wonderful customer service!
