Wanted to get my daughter's ear pierced. Rung up on Sunday and told the piercer would be there Monday, I asked what time their there between and was advised until 6pm. I told the girl we will be there at 5 and she said great". We arrived at 5 on Monday to be told by the piercer she doesnt take anyone after 5pm because she needs to start closing proceedures. She told us to come in again the next day and I said we would come at 3.30pm straight after school and asked her for assurance of a piercer. She said there would be someone until 4.45pm. We arrived on Tuesday straight after school to find the piercer leaving for the day! We were turned away 2 days in a row after being assured across 3 days that this piercing would happen. We're very not happy with the service and I have one very disapointed girl."

Absolute lack of quality, their hypoallergenic labels are completely inaccurate. Every necklace, bracelet and ring I've bought from them has left green marks on my skin and the nose ring had created a blue crust buildup inside my nostrils around the metal and infected the skin, 10/10 would not reccomend unless you want your jewelry to give you tetanus

I bought a 3pk of toe rings, 1 ring was broken. I took package & broken ring back to Lovisa, was offered full refund, no questions asked, and the staff member said I could keep the remaining 2 rings as well. Super happy customer, I will definitely shop there again.
