Best gym, small enough for very personal attention to reach your goals 100%, but big enough to meet lots of cool people. Trainers super friendly yet kicked my arse into gear and it didn’t cost much at all. Won’t regret giving this gym a try.

Can be a little tricky to find the first time round. A little tight on space but you don't really notice because there's a lot of natural light and the layout has been well planned. Amenities are nice and clean, plenty of equipment to cater for a range of fitness goals.

Great gym , not too busyThe gym members are friendly and courteousThe Tuesday and Thursday boxfit classes are great value.There’s enough equipment to work on all goals.Excellent cardio area and plenty weights to work all muscle groupsBest of all plenty free parking no tickets!
