Love shopping here for my daughters netball and rugby, but also for all the team gear that I require.Awesome help when we had to return a small item to exchange for a bigger size as well.Makes life a bit easier when your busy, just jump on the site and start adding to the cart.

I bought a racket in their physical shop and I was assured I would receive it by a certain date. I did non receive the racket when agreed, and I did not get any update. I called about a million times and they did not pick up. This being said, once I was finally able to reach someone, the guy was very nice and admitted it was their mistake. They did their best to provide a quick solution, which I really appreciated.

No. 1 place I recommend to buy products. As a first time buyer, I was attracted here for the really good price of badminton rackets. And what impressed me most is these guys excellent service attitude! I messed up with my 2 orders just before they would be delivered, over the weekend. But the stuff helped to sort this out with no time! Really appreciate it!

Needed some new cricket pads for my son & managed to get them for such a great price on sale I ended up spending more & getting him some batting gloves on sale as well. The speed of delivery was excellent & he had them in time for the next game he played so was absolutely thrilled. Great price & delivered so quickly so very happy customers.

Love my new racket bag! Bought this on special with a great price. Enjoyed my first experience with Players Sports, which offers a wide range of sports gears.I gave 4 stars as the delivery did take quite a few days to arrive despite having the 'overnight courier' sticker on the parcel. Overall, I will definitely come back. =)

Purchased some Grip Star sock sleeves online and they fit really well, was really pleased when I shopped online and even in store the range of gear they have, these guys have really stepped up where Rebel Sports has failed, they genuinely stock sports equipment and quality ones too. Staff in store were great too, ended up coming back the next day and picking up some Grip Star socks, Nike football and a pair of Adidas indoor football boots as well. Look forward to seeing more stores in the future.

I am disappointed with the service I received. I was informed that my product would arrive within 3 to 5 working days, but when I called on the 6th day, I was told that there was a further delay. I believe the customer service was poor for not updating me on the delay with the product.
