Blown away by the kind & informative advise from the beautiful blond woman at reception today (sorry I didn’t get your name!) Went out of her way to help us find the right solution for our broken gas fire, even though that meant sending us elsewhere (as they didn’t do that model). I rang at the last minute to get a second price for a Daikin heat pump installation. That phone call saved me $700 and the whole project was seamless and completed within one week. Kris, their nominated installer, was an expert and he did a perfect job.

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi heat pump, which I'm extremely pleased with. Brad was brilliant at helping select the right unit for the space it inhabits, price was the best out of three quotes, so 10/10 for service, price and installation.
