Being in one of the remotest parts of Northland I didn’t expect there to be anything, yet a cafe as lovely as Moose. Despite not booking ahead we were offered a gorgeous place to stay, in fact it was so nice we stayed a second night! The service was splendid, all the sand and sand you could ask for. The food was immaculate and the cold brews were the cherry on top after some long days driving in the area. The curry is an absolute must! Definitely will come back some day :)

Great views. Great food and the service is amazing. Only downside is Toilets are a bit basic.

Its b.y.o. coffee, beer, bbq....... in fact just bring everything but sand, sand is supplied free

Going in I had no expectations, however I was pleasantly surprised with the vastness of this cafe. The service our group received was unmatched and the atmosphere was unbeatable. You can’t go past the curry it was spectacular, I would also recommend the classic snag. Even showing up with no booking we were well looked after. Amazing place with Amazing people. 10/10
