Quick response time, respectful of our home and very professional

Got them out many months ago for kitchen drain not draining. They used their flash camera setup and eventually said it was a full septic tank, so wasted money on both their callout as well as another septic tank clean (even though we told them had been done less than 12 months prior - 1 person living in 4 bedroom house)The problem persisted, my further calls & emails went unanswered.. I finally called ACE PLUMBING in HUNTLY (very HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), they didn't use flash gear, but looked at the problem & fixed it by removing a buildup of gunk and putting in an air intake valve to increase flow out to the septic.Beware, flash equipment does not compensate for basic knowledge. Their camera obviously missed the buildup inside the drain. These people do not guarantee their work at all.!

When our kitchen was being installed, each time I phoned Barry for the next process he straight away knew who I was, actioned things quickly and told me when the job would be done. Troy who did the work was quick and efficient, loved his job and was obviously honest and knew what he was doing. We felt confident and it was a pleasure to have Troy working in our house.

Living on a rural property we have used Laser Plumbing Taupiri quite a number of different times throughout the years. They're a great team and costing is about average. If you're looking for a reliable, professional plumbing team who turn up when they say they will then definitely try them.
