Waking up and sitting on the side of the bed with a sore back and stiff neck I thought - is this the way it is going to be for the rest of my life?Not only has David sorted out the stiff neck and sore back but my general well being is certainly enhanced. I commit to going every month or so. I am more in tune with my body and know when it is out of alignment. I certainly recommend David for obtaining general well being
