Been waiting since last year to get fire fixed under warranty told them after 3 months of installation that it was faulty this is over a year ago now and still remedy. highly don't recommend

Our flue.was blocked on a 2 storied house that filled with smoke everytime Intried tonight it. I messaged Palmers at night expecting an answer in the morning during work hours! Megan responded to my message within a couple of hours that evening and before the weeks end, 2 great guys, Carl and Bailey came out, sorted the flue, were friendly and helpful and did a grand job. Awesome service from these 3 people. Thanks team

One of the worst experiences I've had with a business.Paid deposit for a job and still not completed after two months. Was never contacted and I had to initiate all communication.I rung another plumber and the work was completed that week.Thanks for wasting my time.
