Slower than usual response times!I'm aware of lawyers obligations for courts hearings and preparing documents & so forth but lacked behind at providing supports and services efficiently.Poor and ineffective Communication skills with their client.Often wait for longer times for their repliesA Gap that need to be filled towards improving their service and work ethics with client. Lot of space for improvement is required. I have discussed same with my Barrister & surely hoping for an improvement...Quality Services & work relation ethics with the Client needs an Urgent Upgrade for future reference!

Very slow response times. Extremely poor communication when it comes to respecting clients during a time of duress. Unprofessional at the best of times.
