Cinema with good value for everyone. Variety of seating depending on which session and type of seats you desire.Tidy, clean facilities. More counter staff would be better than self service kiosks.

Friendly staff. Cinemas always clean same as toilets. Don't go very often but when we do we never have issues. Went to see the new Mario movie and the experience was great!

We went first thing in the morning we were in cinema 4 the seats were very dirty and stained mine had pop corn at the back of it and the theater smelt. We tried to change to other seats all in same condition all need a really good clean. We found out when we left my partners seat had chocolate on it as stuck all over his shorts. Not a nice experience.

Thought we might try out Riccarton Hoyts, end up being highly disappointed. Full house as expected, but a family bringing young kids to an adults movie then letting them run around the place, playing on phones with bright light and being very loud is not worth spending your time or that amount of money.

Watched MI: Dead reckoning in C5 - extreme screen. Seats need a deep clean, maintenance due soon, I guess. Didn't really like the picture quality and sound, or maybe it's just me comparing to better cinemas I've been to.

Came here to see Dungeons & Dragons in the evening. It was nice and quiet and Josh who served us was AWESOME. So warm and welcoming and genuine. I got Hoyts rewards cards and will be coming more often. Thanks Josh

Very disappointed in the theatre. The carpets are worn and stained. The seating was also badly stained. The upholstery was ripped, where people have put their feet up. The movie, Indiana Jones was a shocker. A complete makeover of the theatre is needed. I am sure Westfield would not be happy with the present conditions.

This place is outdated and the prices are too expensive. Stains are on almost every seat and on the floor, will be going to EntX next time, however, front of house is superb :)
