The worst when doing deliveries can't even substitute items that were out of stock when the option has clearly been ticked, also takes 7 to 10 days to receive your refund.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Was very impressed watching a staff member on checkout helping an elderly lady who couldn’t get her card to work. She was polite, respectful and very kind. Angela you are a gem. I hope management realise what an asset they have in you.

Just a bunch of sour middle aged woman on checkout (except Sylvia, ray of sunshine that lady). Asking for bricks or even help by the looks on your faces, ruins your day. It's not nice being a customer when you're on the receiving end of it .Find another job if you're that unhappy

At one point it was great to shop but it seems that whomever is looking after the long life products doesn't have the love for FMCG they should. Messy/empty shelves, stock in the wrong place, missing tickets and incorrect pricing frustrate. A little bit of attention goes a long way, time to maybe start or monitor what is actually happening in store.

Went in and ordered buns wonted fresh for Xmas day picked up order on 24th buns were not fresh they had use by date off 24th so that's telling you not made that day the bakery is going down hill fast manager off bakery has a attitude not happy thanks for fukn up our xmas day
