I'd give them 0 if I could, service was the worst I've ever experienced, the food less than good (ok fresh) we knew as soon as we started eating, that we'd have to feel complete elsewhere!Had to ask for wine glasses, the coke turned up in bottles. We weren't shown the buffet options, didn't even know it was an option until we noticed when going to toilets. Then, oh then we paid! OK our bad for not asking pricing, BUT didn't expect to pay $110 for 12 slices of wafer slices of Chinese beef, that once cooked in the soup, or what that called stew! Shrivelled to like something that would fit on a toothpick, that's once you found it!Oh the waitress! Or rather vauge lady bringing food, once asked about the odd tool empty on the table, informed us, oh that's to hold the ladle to cook your food, sorry forgot to give you them.Anyway, lol the shock of paying over $240 for empty stomachs must have been our fault.I fail to see how there are any reviews over 2 on here. And I'm not a serial complainer!

I went here for dinner with friends, you choose your meat, we got lamb, prawns & fishballs and veges. With rice & noodles. It was ok. They sell wine by the bottle, not glass. At $20. And it's Riesling, lower alcohol of 9.5%. Most wines are 12.5%. Tom waiter was really friendly & helpful.

It is a really awesome restaurant in Auckland, I went there twice and tried different foods, which let me had perfect experiences. It shows us special Nei Mongol culture and enthusiasm, I have enjoyed the environment and customer service there. Absolutely will come again with friends.

So the places is a Buffet, and unlike other buffets that are kind of low quality not very clean and untidy this one was exceptionally clean, tidy and everything looked taken care of, even when it was quite late.All the food looked fresh and everything we tried was delicious, although we couldn't try everything because we went quite late (We didn't knew it was a buffet type restaurant), a good adition would be a good explanation menu in English for non Chinese speakers but maybe I am asking too much there.You can choose 2 different broths between 3 different brotha availabe: Mushroom, Chicken, Spicy.You can go and grab the food you want to cook in the hot pot and there are soft drinks available for you (Included in the price).I saw that there were other types of drinks such as korean soju and some other spirits availables but i didn't enquire about them.The ice cream machine is a very nice addition for a sweet dessert after your hot pot.

We've been there for at least five times now and this place never disappointed us! The raw material is amazing and the taste is awesome. Lamb dishes are highly recommended.

The best thing about this place is not the food but the space. It's not your usual buffet restaurant where so many tables are packed in to maximize the headcount. This place is so wide open you can walk freely without bumping into a dozen people. It makes the dining experience so much more relaxed.The food is OK, choices is fewer than other comparable restaurant. But the prawns are nice and big. Option of shared pot or individual pots which is great. Big tables which is essential for buffet which uses lots of plates.I'd take the relaxed experience over large range of choices any day.

Great hot pot. Very clean place and fast service. They have option to have one small pot per person so more friendly to western people who don't like sharing the pot.
