Mark turned up on time and walked me through the process of removal explaining the how ,what and why. They provided a honest quote and quick turnaround for our job. We provided a clear site which made the job easier.The removal team arrived on time, setup and removed the asbestos all within the timeframe quoted. ACM also engaged the independent assessor for clearance certificate.We would use ACM again.

In Feb 2023 we had the asbestos balustrade wall removed from a second-level deck. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and personable. The removal team turned up when we requested, carried out the job thoroughly including full protective gear, decontamination cubicle and double bagging and taping all panels and pieces. They were friendly and careful. Independent inspection was organised and carried out before the removal team left.This process was a seamless part of our deck renovation project.

Give this shoddy unreliable incompetent joke of a company a big miss unless you like wasting your time and money. Had the worst experience dealing with Rob Barton, who is hard to reach on the phone, talks big delivers little and has both attitude & punctuality issues.
