Just to share my own experience. The owner promised me to clean the wheels, remove window tint as well as order parts, picked up the car 3 days after deposit paid however nothing was delivered, I have tried follow up by emails and calls, took me 3 hours to remove window tint myself. I had enough of excuses. My advice to their potential customer is to have black and white with these guys and don't give up chasing them because I am done. Please feel free to share my two cents.

Great Customer Service and prices! I purchased a car and got on road costs, 6months mechanical service, change of oil, cut and polishing, exterior wash down in one package. Other car dealerships offer a car only for that price. Highly appreciate a late pick-up service on week-days as I work till 5:30 pm and could not pick it up during normal business hours. The yard is full with popular cars of good condition (not trash), high stock turnover. Would recommend to everyone!

Hung Motors tried to sell me a vehicle for $13,000 that had RUST in many places, including the door hinges! This was a huge shock! Such a vehicle should never be offered by a reputable business!

Just bought a car from Leo and the guys at Hung Motors. As I bought it after the Covid-19 Level 4 lockdown, I wasnt able to view the vehicle before purchasing it however Leo made the whole process really easy! He sent me lots of photos and pointed out every little flaw the car had so I knew what I was buying. (A little dent or scratch here and there, but nothing major)He even installed an English headunit for me and reversing camera for a bit extra $$ when It was discussed the original one was all in Japanese. I had so many questions about the car and he always got back to me in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to future buyers!

Bought a car two months ago. Just after one month of purchase it's cam shaft sensor damaged and I asked them for the Mechanical warranty and they said they won't provide any warranty for the trade in cars, but they advertised as they will provide Mechanical warranty for 6 months..
