Mountain Warehouse

Third time I visited this store . Still couldn't get served. As I've read the reviews going back about a year it appears obvious to me they just don't care about customer service. As a result I have found a Mountain Warehouse on Trade me., Auckland. Free returns and delivery. Maybe more of us should check it out. Might wake this crowd up . Good luck.

Staff were helpful enough but stock levels were poor. Everything I wanted to look at was either not there or only available online. But disappointing.

Good range of products and great prices. Service was very slow upon checking out during my last two visits, disappointing as plenty of staff around.

Great customer service, great prices , i got all my skiing gear for the same price as a water bottle from Kathmandu

My first time to visit MW Northlink. Experienced such fantastic service and great prices on the items I found. Went back with hubby for more travel clothes to buy for our upcoming trip abroad! Thank you, Mountain Warehouse!

Shopped here for years. When I had to take my son's wetsuit back they refused as it was 20 days past the 1 year. It was clearly faulty. Had ZERO wear, the stitching had come undone. I was told they went interested in accepting their responsibility. My advice avoid this store as the manager is cut throat.

Terrible service - incompetent, abusive and untrustworthy. I should have read the reviews first about this place - seems to be fine if you are handing them over money but if you are trying to resolve a mistake (even if its their's) it seems the store manager believes her job is to try to bully customers to stop bothering her.Was overcharged for gear and when I came back to resolve the Store Manager denied it was selling at a lower price until I proved it, and then blamed me for not picking the overcharging up at the time of purchase, and refused to credit me the money back. Other 3 staff stood around watching instead of intervening. I had to take photos of the proper price and then deal through head office in the UK.

Went into this store not expecting much as I have trouble finding jackets to fit me well. Was serviced by a lovely lady Vanessa, who was super friendly & so helpful. It's hard to find good service in retail & Vanessa went above & beyond to help me. Thank you

Visited the Northlink store recently and the staff were friendly and super helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the products I needed to purchase too which was an added bonus! I would definitely shop here again.
