Coast Cakes

This was a rush order, only a few day notice - but it was incredible!!! I’m so glad i chose Coastie Cakes. I went for the larger cake to feed 38 people and it did not disappoint. The Lemon and Coconut cake was delicious, and the icing and the design was beautiful. My friend love it and we had a lot of compliments.More than happy to recommend to all future customers

Good customer service but I was extremely disappointed with the cake my husband had ordered for my 50th birthday. I wanted banana cake which this one was not made with bananas but maybe an essence flavored banana.The decorations well there were flowers but NO beach shells at all which when showing the lady asked can you do this and she said yes.The ombre there was more white than blue which was also dissappointing.For the total cost of this cake I would not recommend this shop to anyone, I definetly did not get what I was expecting.

Oh my gosh, WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I ordered 2 lolli cakes for the kids birthdays. I was nervous that it would be small because they were only 60 dollars each, but when I got there I was amazed at the size, the presentation, and the service! I even got instructions on how to keep my cakes fresh and I loved that! The lady behind the counter treated us with such kindness. This is my new favorite place and ive told all my friends about them too! Thank you for the amazing experience ❤️

I bought the gluten free Julian cake for my daughters 40th birthday. She loved it as did everyone else. The chocolate sponge was light and moist and the icing and decor perfect. I'll never go anywhere else now for cakes and service. What a lovely woman too, thanks!

Unfortunately I had hired a stand from Coast Cakes for my wedding. We set it up on the night and it worked like a charm. When my friend (who was doing me a favour bringing it back) went to take it home I said to keep it together so that no parts could be lost. She did that and took it back to the shop who said that they were keeping the deposit as she'd lost some parts. It was fully put together, with absolutely nothing missing, apart from a homemade cardboard box. I offered to make a new cardboard box (I can do so at work), however that wasn't good enough and I was informed that there had been extra pieces of the stand attached to the bubble wrap that the stand came in.There absolutely was not any extra pieces, I helped put it together and saw it with my own eyes. I've tried to rectify this with the company, but they are not interested. Obviously business is a bit slow and they decided to make some money by not returning deposits for hired items. Such a shame as it looks like the cake reviews are great. Maybe need to sort out your customer service.

I ordered a cake online with a personalised photo. They were able to get it done within a week, confirmed on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. It was fairly easy to contact them, but they did reply later in the evening rather than during the day.The cake looked really good. The photo and icing were nice. We got the strawberry cake. It was nice and sweet but the flavour was a bit more subtle than expected. The cake was moist and the icing wasn't overly sweet so you could eat it and enjoy it.he cake was pricier than expected, but it was bigger than expected and was really nicely done. They are able to deliver it too for a price. It probably would have been a bit less stressful if I had planned it better but they were able to deliver on time and even gave me a call after it was delivered to make sure that we had it on hand.

Fabulous service from Danielle. She had printed off these urgently needed cupcake toppers for me & kindly delivered to my work down the road within 24 hrs of calling. I was very grateful, & as a non cake maker/decorator, they looked great. I was very grateful. Thank you. I really appreciated it.

So pleased Coastal Cakes was recommended when organizing a birthday celebration at The Archer. The chocolate mud cake was delicious and looked great. Your customer service is excellent and having the cake delivered locally was much appreciated.
