Winger Hamilton - Subaru, Suzuki, Jeep, RAM, Fiat, MG

Subaru vehicles are the worst brands to be sold in NZ as per Shannon sales rep. Has most problems which can't be fixed by authorised dealers or Winger Hamilton themselves as quoted. Spent $2000 for a problem they could not fix and waited 3 months.

Just brought a Suzuki Vitara from salesperson John Azariah. Couldn't have wished for a more considerate and helpful salesperson. Nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely recommend him.

Had a worse experience ever with those car dealers. They tried to sell me a car they wanted to sell even after I followed their advise and put an order for my favorite's car/colour! After I paid a deposit 5k, they called me saying the car been sold and they couldn't check this matter in the system!!! was big a drama to return my money from them so I had to call several Jeep dealer in the north island to double check the truth, all said opposite of what they told me which is at the end its a deceive selling. Their boss called me after he heard that I am going to submit a complain against them. Finally, He solved the refund issue.I have to put this review to avoid any kind of this situation for an honest buyer.

Horrible experience they gave the biggest list I have ever seen on a WOF turns out half the items don't need doing at all evaluated by multiple mechanics at other workshops. This is not on the work It would have been over $3000 on a $3000 car at a reasonable place I'm sure these guys would have changed me even more. My mechanic actually called me and said why did I winger they failed on things that no other workshop would have failed. I would give zero stars but I can't.

Called in with a dash alarm problem,, the receptionist lady was super helpful she explained the issue to me and took my car straight away to the workshop. She showed me the coffee waiting area ,, 30 minutes all done.. top marks winger you have one very satisfied customer.
