Jarrett sanded and coated our villa kitchen and pantry floors. We wanted something a bit different to the rest of the house, Jarrett suggested we put a thicker wooden divider between the floors we were refinishing and the ones we were not, it turned out great. He's easy to communicate with and is the only contractor I've encountered who sends a friendly text reminder to confirm the day before a job. All in all very professional, very tidy (hardly any dust could be found after he was done) and great at what he does, would not hesitate to recommend. Jarrett rescued my floors after a terrible experience with another contractor. The floor preparation was done to a very high standard. Jarrett was patient and preserved with my request to turn a very red Rimu/mix floor in a whitewash/blonde... and after a few attempts we got there! I'm very happy with the result and highly recommend his services.
