We have been investing locally in property on and off for a number of years. We wanted to add a Christchurch property to our portfolio, but we had no experience of the area. This was my first time buying property in my life and Persephone was basically holding my hand during the whole buying process.She first recommended me to a mortgage broker Andrew Mackay who is excellent at explaining home loans to me. Persephone has then found me a good townhouse deal in Christchurch. We put in an offer before open home because she knows the agent well and she knew from the agent that the property was in good condition.
