We have a friend who has a brain injury ,he went to your store last week and took his new Vodafone in to ask if they could set the phone up for him .He was rudely told no

no staff to serve you, they don't look after there customers, as soon as my new phone comes back from repair I'm going elsewhere, I've been a long time customer but haven't been looked after at all

Went in last week to order a phone as mine was no longer working. Got it today after days without a phone and it was the wrong storage size and colour. Went back in and had to get a phone i didnt even want and have to pay more for as i wasnt going to be waiting around for another week without a phone. Appalling service on both visits, received no apology and wasnt treated very kindly. Will be looking into changing phone companies after the treatment and incompetence shown by employees.

Ritchie had to be one of the worst staff members to ever deal with and most importantly today has to be my worst customer service ever in any company I’ve ever deal with more than enough to change my plan and never come back to one as they don’t know how to respect their customers

Explicitly purchased a sim and added some credit so I could text when travelling. If it JUST DOESN'T WORK I'd be happier told so rather than being sold a way to burn money with no service.

The first guy I saw sent me home with the new sim card in my phone not working. He was also impatient with me. Yes I am 64 and don't find these things easy. I had to go all the way back across town today.A young guy called Ted was wonderful and got my phone working and the new Deco app sorted on my phone. Thanks.

Funnily enough, I have been in this store 4 times.I have NEVER been served or even greeted once.The employees looks at you and then pretend to look away. They do not even smile or say hello.I went in on 25/02/2023 3.05pm with my family member who would have been a sale for you guys.One Caucasian male employee with long-ish hair looked at us then walked right past us out of the store, and an Asian male employee glanced up at us then quickly looked back down on his phone. There were no other customers waiting and the store was not busy. This is the final straw.As a former Vodafone employee from when I lived across the ditch, I am EMBARRASSED to see this is the state of service provided by Vodafone in my home country, especially in such a busy location such as Westfield.Across from this Vodafone store are other telcos as Spark and 2Degrees. Better off going there, they’ll actually acknowledge you as a human being.I don’t want to be a Karen, but it is absolutely such a disappointing experience every time I enter this store. Rest assured, I will be complaining about this store to Vodafone HQ.

Very Bad service the guy on Thursday 22 June at 8pm served me with the long hair and he said manager can sort it out that for you. He didn’t have any knowledge I don’t know why they are working I think just for sitting on the chairs. There was no greetings and not a good customer behaviour. They should to train staff that how to treat with customers.
