Melanie forgot about my court appearance an left me hanging . Then later on decided she had too much workload and left me to find another lawyer. I had already paid for an initial consult which now I have to pay again with a new lawyer. Unreliable, and unprofessional service. Do not recommend

Melanie Coxon is awesome, amazing. She helped me escape DUI charge. She investigated the matter thoroughly with a fine tooth comb. She is very smart. Dont underestimated Melanie. If you can be helped, she can do it.

Really disappointed with the quality or service and communication received. After applying for a limited license and paying $920 + GST I was left high and dry without communication.Not once was I called to be updated about where my case was at, I had to do all of the following up myself.Court date wasn't established until my third month of a six month disqualification.Upon getting frustrated on the phone to Melanie's PA Chris, I was threatened to be hung up on if he didn't approve of my tone of voice.Worst lawyer experience I have ever had.

Was horrid to a friend of mine, American guy always answers the phone as Melanie is 'away in a prayer meeting' charged through their teeth, hardly would listen and forgot clients name multiple times.It appears this lawyer is well known by duty solicitors at Auckland District Court as she aledgedly often has not turned up for cases as she did not in this case (until phoned). Would not recommend.
