The only place i buy fish and chips in Masterton. Their crumbed fish and burgers are so good. And they do wedges. Super nice cooks and have never had any problems. Big fan of their battered pineapple rings too.

Sorry, we used to like this place…Just picked up terakihi dinner, got home n wife could smell it from house. It was black and grey and foul tasting. Tried to call to let them know but no answer. Surely they could see the fish was black when coating it! Thrown it out as smell overwhelming. Not going there again at that price.

Simply one of the worst fish n chips we have had for quite a while. Chips were overcooked and appeared if oil hasn’t been changed for some time. Could literally squeeze the oil out of them. The crumbing on the fish tasted and had the appearance that had been battered first and crumbing of fish been done on top of. Also crumbing was very greasy and oil just sat on top of the crumbs. Very disappointing. Gave them a courtesy call just to inform them of our experience so they could address it for future customers satisfaction and It was evident they did not care as a simple ok replied before the phone was hung up. Has been 20 minutes since they were partially eaten and now having stomach aches. Will definitely Not return.

Really nice chips, kids meal and fish. Not over salty or greasy. Burgers are nice aswell have had Beef and Bacon with jalapeño, super nice.

Simply takeaways fish & chips has gotta be the best ive had in masterton, heaps better then Mr chips in my opinion, chips were well done, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Fish bites were delicious, batter was light and not overdone. Spring roll was also great.
