Great for self access storage - easy access from 0600 till 2200 at night and they can arrange access in between as well. Polite helpful staff, reasonable prices, lots of sizing options for whatever you need really. We are very happy with our storage solution.

All good but $100 week for caravan parking, even for 6mths or 3 or 12

Great storage with easy self access. Ladies at the reception are exceptional, lovely and very helpful. The storage has many size options and it's dry, clean and well ventilated. Recommend

Gate didn't work for ages, and even when it did was super slow. Elevator also didn't work for ages, then when it did was not level with the ground so trolleys bumped over it and often things fell over. Also never any trolleys available to get stuff, they had like 6 trolleys and if you turned up when there were others there, then too bad you just had to wait. Also found customer service on site to be rude. Dude at reception argued with me when I said you pay for a service so at least expect trolleys to be available, and also when I went to sort final account the guy looked up and said how can I help, so I told him and then he just rudely said ok hang on I'm just in the middle of something....Average experience...

Arrived 25mins before closing to find the office is already closed at 4:35.Guess I'll go elsewhere for a storage unit

Our household contents were in National Storage for 1 month while waiting completion of our villa. Very efficient operation, clean and secure. Chloe and Tam always had a cheery smile and were most helpful with any problems I had.

Good local storage place. Haven't had any trouble with them, the place feels very safe and secure. The staff have been helpful over the phone helping to confirm opening and closing times. Would Happily use again.
