We arrived at 1.30pm on Saturday, wanting to spend a couple thousand dollars on a buggy only to find they were closed. Their hours plainly say they are open until 2pm.We will go to Dimples and buy the buggy etc from them.EDIT AFTER REPLY: The weekly and weekend hours I referred to above were on the window/building.

I hired a pram from this store and while I was there asked if they could check our install of the car seat we hired from the car rental - as they didn't install it for us. They were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Went in looking for a carseat to purchase, I was the only person in the shop and got no assistance at all. Even though I was clearly standing looking at the carseats for a good 10mins. Lost a decent sale today. Went to Dimples and got all the info I needed.

Amazing service at this store!! We went in looking for a car seat for our 5 month old who had grown out of his capsule. They had a sale on at the time, so the store was much busier then normal, but we were helped straight away by a lovely sales assistant who was very knowledgable on each car seat and even tried three in our car so we could see how they fitted. Would recommend this store as they have heaps of products and good prices too.

Had such great service here last weekend buying our new car seat (Britax One4life). The staff member asked if I needed help, then asked if I wanted advice on the carseat or other carseats or if I was sold on that one which I think was a great thing to ask. Then installed it for me, and was very friendly. And the install was checked by another staff member. Thanks so much team, really appreciate it!

Fiona was super helpful and even checked that our baby seat in the hire car was installed properly - and fixed it as it was too loose. The shop is beautifully presented and the service was outstanding.We hired a change table, bath and high chair for our stay and they were all perfect.

They make you buy stuff you don't need. I bought a car seat from them and got it installed by them. When I came to change the position of the seat to front-facing, I was asked for a stop safe thing, which was meant to be in the box with the seat. I had no idea where it could be, because I'd never seen it, but luckily they sell such things and I bought one. Later, I washed the seat cover and realised that the safe stop was attached to the back of the seat, attached by default or by the installer. I wanted to return it and get a refund, but the sales person refused to do that and said that the safe stop is usually attached to the seat and she didn't know why I even was asked for it. Instead of apologies I received a silly advice to sell the item on Trade me. This is not a normal service. Train your staf and don't force people to buy things they don't need.
