Few years ago when i was a student at MIT,Auckland 2005-2007. we used to go to buy groceries as that was the nearest indian grocery mart.1.overpriced product.2.the owner lady used to always give us short changed or over charged us by talking to us sweetly and trying to take our mind away from the grocery.this happen few times to most of us.so we quit ,as soon as Quality mini mart opened.today 20/10/2014, i again visited this shop,hoping the service has improved. i really had no option as the product i wanted was not available at quality mini mar.t my next best place to get it was mount roskill.as i entered the shop, i noticed it was missing the basic element(customer). though i saw one customer at the counter and the person behind the counter was serving him as well as talking to someone over the cellphone.the guy asked him something,but his response was not clear. after i looked for the product,which was hiding behind another product,no price label or tag. i went to the counter and saw the guy still talking on his cell phone. tells me the price.Customer Service: its 17 dollar.my self: do you have more.CS: so you dont want?myself: i am saying, i want more,do you have any more.CS. no,do you still want it.Myself: yes,please,all i am saying is if you have more,i will buy it.CS:no,no, no more.myself: ok give me these two.HE is still on the phone,head tilted and talking to someone.another guy joins him ans say thank you".he is still busy talking.One of the worst customer service you can expect."

I bought a packet of whole meal roti on 2nd July 2016 at around 4 pm.I was about to have my dinner at same day at around 7 pm and i found roti (Indian flat bread) had fungus on it.GUYS check the quality and expiry date before you buy from any indian stores or dairy .This is disgusting and pathetic.
