I'd recommend taking your car straight to a mechanic after you make a deal with these guys... My sister a single mother of 4 got a car through them and her car almost died on her a week before her insurance was up when she called for help the guy pretended her contract was up and that it was on her... It wasn't until the mechanic read through her papers and realized he had lied and out it on gem cars instead he was very obviously upset about that lol. My partner was smart enough to get a car through them as well as we were Abit desperate at the time we've had it for almost 4 months and our starter is completely dead. Always get a second opinion from a proper mechanics when dealing with these guys...

Worst car company ever! Brought a white bmw 320i on the 18th of December, went all the way to Tauranga from Auckland to go pick it up then exactly 5 days later the engine light comes on and the coil was worn. Told the auckland manager (Levi) that there was something wrong with the car and he completely brushed it off and practically said it was my problem and to get the mechanical warranty company to pay the expenses. They won’t pay it all because the only replace that is needed is the coil but the spark plugs need to be changed aswell which is not a service item. That’s around $600 I have to pay to fix a new purchased car. To make it even worst I couldn’t use it on Christmas Day because it was in the mechanic getting fixed. Honestly. Don’t risk it. They don’t care about you or your living circumstances they just want your money.

The yard worker is the best thing about this place. Give her a license to sell cars and she will out sell the others there!
