Very halpful and friendly staff. I love Nike. Always end up buying something when I'm there. Could do with a bit more discount for returning customers like other retailers. MAX and Farmers are still market leaders for honoring loyal customers.

Don’t usually buy shoes from Nike but tried it out and the staff were so friendly especially Erica who was serving me, she was really knowledgeable and made it an easy experience. The sales are good and will definitely be back again for my next pair of shoes.

I never leave reviews but had to for this one - such an awesome experience in store today. Outstanding customer service from all of the team there - nothing was an issue and I was approached by nearly everyone asking if my partner and I needed help with anything. Although we didn’t buy anything we left feeling so happy with the service we received. Thank you for being so bright & helpful and making our day !

Walked into store and was approached right away by such friendly team members. Customer service is outstanding. It’s so hard to come by retail stores who acknowledge every person that walks into their store. Just engaging in conversation with us and asked if we were ok and needing help with anything. We came to look for some Air Jordan 1s and the lovely lady was helpful and directed us to Sylvia Park store. Thanks team for the positive experience today!!

The lovely Mubaarak and Erika (so sorry if I spell that wrong) always help me here. They make the store so welcoming and make the experience easy. So super helpful and always makes me want to come back :)
