Tony repaired two pairs of ruined RM Williams boots to like new for me. Cut one open with a spade, requiring a patch and his workmanship shined. Great cobba and cobbler

Horrible key cutting experience ! Only get keys cut here if you have lots of time to waste.This place might be good at shoe repairs I don't know, but definitely not key cutting.Sent staff to get 7 keys cut and three didn't work. It took 15 minutes to get to his house (we assumed it was a business, but he works from home). So after 30 minutes to get faulty keys and 39 minutes to return them, we didn't want more faulty keys and he spent 21 minutes harassing my staff member that she should take more keys and come back yet again if they didn't work.He was clearly not as knowledgeable as he claims as he trued to tell staff he could not cut the newest key of them all, due to it being too old. It was to a new Yale lock purchased from miter 10 within the last year.Keys are clearly not his skill.

They have had my parents shoes for longer than a year now, everytime we try to contact them they just ignore us, would not recommend.

I’ve just picked up a pair of expensive leather dress shoes that I had repaired. Very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.He’s very busy, for good reason but still within a very reasonable time frame for the work done. Thanks :)
