Wow. Customer service that goes above and beyond. Bought a couple items online, they beautifully gift wrapped them and the packaging was so secure for these fragile items. A personalised card as well. Amazing service. Far beyond what I was expecting. Shipping was overnight.Happy Easter team! You guys are wonderful

I made a purchase online earlier this week, Stokes Valley Unichem have done a great job with getting my parcel to me super quickly, their email service for purchases online made it feel like they really valued me as a customer. They arrived within 2 days wraopped with bubble wrap for protection and a discount voucher for my next purchase,also a free handcream which was a lovely surprise.Will be making more online purchases in future!

Great customer service:I ordered some sunglasses online from this pharmacy for a birthday present, some things went wrong and they ended up being delivered, to my horror, to the wrong address (through no fault of the business).With only a couple of days to go to the big day, the team at Unichem Stokes Valley pulled out the stops to make sure I had a pair of them delivered on time (and to the correct address).They went over and above with lots of communication and managed to turn what could have been a fairly unpleasant experience into a great customer service success story.Thank you!
