Fantastic service today from Mike at Mason Appliances. He took his time and discussed washing machines with us and shared advice in regards to the machines. We really appreciated the quality service which we rarely ever get from the chain stores. Explained features well and gave us a really good price. They even helped us load it into our car. I will definitely be buying our appliances from here in the future and stongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

Absolutely amazing service, my fridge freezer broke and within 2 hrs of paying, a new one was delivered and the old one taken away.Absolutely amazing customer service all staff were so friendly and respectful they treated me like an old friend and I felt like nothing was too much trouble, will definitely make purchases at Masons again.
