After reading these great reviews we decided to trust TotalHouse Ltd with our insulation requirements. Initial contact was friendly and an appointment arranged promptly. However, everything went down hill from there. I had to follow up with multiple phone calls and emails that were ignored to receive the photos we had arranged for. We still don't have any information about the areas that couldn't be accessed and therefore aren't insulated now. It took over a month, with no apology to date, to receive some photos. I paid 50% prior to the work being done and remaining 50% on the day the work was completed. Since then I have received multiple invoices by email and in the post. It's unfortunate but we wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We had a very unsatisfactory situation with another Insulation Company and when we mentioned the problems we were having to a builder friend he told us, as a better choice, we should contact Total House in Upper Hutt, which we duly did and oh what a difference.From total House Upper Hutt, we received prompt and very pleasant service, a fair price and contact via phone, text and email keeping us continually up to date and informed.The inspection, quote and install were done in a quick friendly manner, on time, on the right day. All things we hadn't been getting previously.Going on our experience this Upper Hutt Total House team in our book scores a 10 out of 10 and we whole heartily do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring an insulation install to be undertaken from a reputable and reliable Company.

Completely useless. If I could give lower than 1-star I would.Sub-contracted to do the insulation for our house build, they left gaps, they offered no solutions to slightly different requirements we had, they dropped cigarettes and packets around the place, they cut into our Door frame when cutting the insulation bales leaving a gouge, and they didn't even get the quantity required correct - secondary deliveries of product was required.Never use again.

Total house did the insulation on several of our properties, . can;t fault the service and products
