$42 for just over 3 hours on a public holiday. Why not make it a third the price and actually fill the park? More people in shops and car park will be full, everyone wins. Instead there is about 10 cars in the whole park getting charged a massive amount on a beautiful sunny Easter Monday.

$18 for 1hour & 15 mins , and it advertises $6.00 for short term parking. Total rip off

Last night, I attended a show at the arena. I tried to park at this park. Despite the park being largely empty because most parks were reserved, people were not stopped entering, and it was a nightmare to get out of the park. It was deeply frustrating.I would avoid this parking building it is not worth the hassle or exorbitant fees

Expensive for short term parking! Single level, open for parking 24/7, well lit. It's manned on weekdays. 2m height limit. The accessible lift up to TSB is closed at night.

Misleading prices out front, and once you pull in and see the price board, you have to enter and pay. Its basically 3x the price of parking at Te Papi right down the street.

Aside from being ridiculously expensive, they basically lie about their fees and the access is of such poor quality that their website moto about 'providing the best possible parking experience' sounds like a joke.Firstly, they list prices for 30 minutes not per hour. A rather shady way to do this since once you pull up and see the real rates, you can't leave! Unless you can reverse all the way up the hill in the entrance lane... And going forward is a second issue that they charge for ay least half hour the minute you cross the gate. There is no option to change your mind and park on the street.Third, their clock is off. I checked my car clock when entering since I had an appointment, and the time stamp on the ticket was a few minutes earlier. But when leaving, the time stamp matched the car clock. Wouldn't be a big issue except that those few minutes is what put me over two hours and they ripped me off by charging for extra half hour.They deliberately write the rates in misleading way so you think there is a daily maximum. But that's only in some special cases, so the fee you may expect to apply to you, does not.Lastly, at such exorbitant rates they could at least provide decent access. There is a set of stairs at the exit, but I had a stroller and the only way to get out was through traffic lanes. Both unsafe and inconvenient.Seems like they have a monopoly on parking in downtown and can get away with deceiving, ripping off and endangering their clients.

They straight up LIE about their prices. It's $6 for 30 minutes and $12 for an hour. Nearly died when we parked for 3 hours and 15 minutes and payed $42!!! Double the price of what was stated going into the carpark. Seriously lucky I had that amount on my card or else I don't know what would've happened if I didn't :'(

Good carpark but expensive. Parked for less than 3 hours on a Saturday and it was $25!
