The service was underwhelming, the car was not cleaned from inside and I was informed the next day that the vacuum was not working, only when I gave them the feedback about it. No one informed me what was recommended during the service and when I called in to check, I was asked in to collect the car. Now,I have to make another appointment to get the recommendations sorted. Maybe I used a grabone voucher, hence the underwhelming service.

sales department criticize the customers and insult the customer of their capacity and insult the people and pressure the customers why the customers going to another companies. they are criticize and taken customer driver licence photos and influence with bad customer service... i hatered to go to Gilltrap Nissan NewMarket better don't go to this place

Tried to rip me off on my trade-in then when I said I will go to get a price from another Nissan dealer the salesperson was extremely rude! Fancy dealership in a fancy upmarket area but not worth the fancy prices they are trying to charge you!
