Wendy's Supa Sundaes

Friendly staff and a fair selection of moderately priced ice cream treats. Fortunately it wasn't busy so I was served quickly, but in the warm months there is usually a queue. My only minor beef was the girl who served me didn't wear gloves and handled the cone with her bare hand, which meant I couldn't eat all of the cone as I like to do. Disappointing but not a deal breaker. I hope they remember to wear gloves next time.

- Sometimes, the servers can come across as rude and even a bit dim. I've had one instance where I handed a server the money, and she handed me back the wrong amount of change (too little). I calmly told her this and she started arguing (with a bit of an attitude) that she gave me the right change. However, she stopped mid-sentence, realised her mistake, immediately starting apologising and gave me the correct amount of change. It was a bit awkward though because people queuing were staring. Most servers are typically young and/or students.If the change had been off a dollar or two, I probably would have let it slide. But in this case, it was quite a bit of change missing.- Wait times can vary. On hot days, the ques can be long and become very crowded or if a server is being particularly slow and aimlessly wandering around their prep area.- Sometimes, the servers will forget items.- Expensive for what it is.- Some food items are a bit bland but their ice creams are very good. They have bubble tea or milk tea even though there is currently an actual bubble tea shop almost right next to them.

Short wait as there was only 1 person serving but another person came back from a break and served me immediately. She was friendly and asked how sweet I wanted my drink and even gave my little one a lollipop.

Purchased two Shake n dog's with onion and cheese. Service was OK, the set up is a bit dodgy as the payment is in the middle of the line but staff were very percistant to help. I asked the young girl for onions and checked as I watched her make it but no onion was anywhere to be seen in both and sauce leaking all down the hotdog.
