Adam supplied a top notch service. He provided sound advice on every house inspection he carried out for us (and it was many over a space of two months). He didn't lose the human element of how house buying can disrupt family life and be very stressful. His service was very responsive and he always tried to accommodate. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Adam is very very thorough with his inspections - yes plural.First inspection, Adam identified $25k worth of issues (quoted by building company to remedy) and as a result, I cancelled the contract.I was very pleased with the level of detail and easy-to-read report to which Adam reported his findings and his professional advice that I called upon him to inspect another property. As expected, Adam provided a well-written report along with great photos to support each step of his inspection. Significant findings and recommendations are very clearly written.Adam is punctual, a great communicator and really friendly.Highly recommend Adam and his team to everyone!

We have recently purchased our first home and we would like to thank Adam for conducting the builders report for us. Efficient, detailed and with great customer service, Adam really helped us a lot seeing things we would not notice otherwise and thus helped us a lot making decisions. We are glad that we decided to do a builder’s report for our first home and felt lucky that we found Adam to do it for us which has made us no regrets. Adam was prompt and delivered a thorough report on a property. The detail in the report along with photos, identified areas of concern were all helpful in our decision making process. In addition Adam was in contact by phone before sending through the report and talking through some key areas for us to be aware of and also a chance to ask questions, or clarify and that opportunity was available also after reading the report. Ultimately we did not go ahead with the purchase, and only because the Vendors were not prepared to accept the detail of the findings nor negotiate to an appropriate level to remedy. We are still house hunting and will be using Adam again as soon as we have a new agreement in place. A+ effort from this service and worth every dollar.
