Food presentation was terrible. The quality of the ingredients were budget. Coffee mix up to top it off. Staff were lovely tho.

Had a late lunch yesterday. Big portion of meals. Tasty croissant and yummy lolly cake. My latte was smooth and just the right temperature. Service was very professional and nice. Highly recommended!

My caramel latte made my day. One of the best coffee I have had in ages. The hot chips was just amazing! The service impeccable. Really worth visiting maybe even when you're not on a flight.

Five of us went to Cafe Ignition for brunch because we were at the airport seeing off my friends elderly father on a plane to Australia. We all ordered drinks and food, I ordered a very hot chocolate ( I made it very clear at the time) this came back LUKE warm as were all the drinks. ( I sent mine back which was a waste of time).The food was totally unacceptable. The egg and bacon muffin splits were disgusting who wants to eat a rubbery egg? and the rest of the food was barely warm, there was no care in taking the orders, two of the orders were totally wrong! The attitude of the staff needed a lot to be desired because they were completely disinterested in our complaints we were made to feel everything was too much trouble.. no apology was given as they just didn’t care! we won’t be recommending them and we will never go there again.

Lovely people serving. The lasagne and salad at $19.50 was possibly the most overpriced and tasteless rubbery dish I have every experienced. Tasteless Mince between layers of pasta does not constitute a lasagne. The side of Worcester sauce suggests the chef knows it’s tasteless. The Italians would be mortified that their dish has been so mutilated. Surely airport food can be better than this!

The food was passable but the coffee tasted so bad I couldn't drink it. Sour and acidic, you cant drink this without adding a LOT of sugar or cream or something. I returned the coffee to be met with a defensive refusal to believe I had any reason no to like it. Half hearted offer of a refund. Not recommended

My flight was delayed so I was in the upstairs lounge for quite some time on Friday, 23/12/22. While there I had the opportunity to watch the staff and mingle with the patrons in the Cafe. Many patrons who ordered coffees weren't served them in the Cafe's coffee cups but takeaway cups. Using the excuse that they had run out of cups when clearly there were cups sitting on their coffee machine! The Bacon & Egg Muffin Split which I ordered was dry the egg and bacon was like rubber definitely not freshly made in the kitchen! When it was brought to my table the waitress dropped it on the floor. Apologized and said that she would get me a replacement. Well I wonder if she actually did... she returned 2 minutes later with a Bacon & Egg Muffin Split. When I questioned this with a staff member I was told that it was a fresh one but not freshly made in the kitchen as all there produce is prepared beforehand.

Super over-priced, had to clear and clean my own table today as everything else was covered in other people's mess. Plus my chai was lukewarm and the froth was cold. Very disappointing.
