Just about to start our build with JRAB. They have been involved from purchase of the section. We selected them because they were enthusiastic and extremely helpful even in the early stages. I've found having Jack and the team involved from the outset has massively improved efficiency of the decisions made along the way with respect design and specifications. Communication has always been prompt, they have been extremely easy to work with. They clearly have a good understanding of processes involved around building on the hill sites and a good relationship with the other services and suppliers we have engaged with during the process so far.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new home! Building our first house in New Zealand was a bit scary at first, but we absolutely enjoyed the experience with John and his team. From the initial contact with John through to the whole building process they were extremely professional. Tim as a Project Manager is an absolute pleasure to work with and all the tradespeople, we came across were very competent and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a more reliable, trustworthy, and qualified team!
