Would of been ok if the rude pr*#k dosnt ring you up 2 hrz after you check out complaing about oil or something on the duvet cover,I know you've had it since the 70s u wouldn't know what stains what why don't you just put the curtain on the bed for the next paying customer its the same as the duvet cover ,are you telling me you don't usually dry clean your bedding before the next guess stay ,disgusting,like I said there's 100 other hotels/motels in Canterbury that privide a much better experience for less money and also clean bedding at a lower rate, should watch the way you speak to paying customers.AND DRY CLEAN YOUR BEDDING.Pr#ck

Had a fantastic stay at the Randolph Apartments over Labour Weekend! Fantastic well appointed rooms, so clean and tidy, host really friendly and helpful! Also walking distance from some good restaurants! Also loved the fact that they had a bottle of dishwashing liquid not those horrible little sachets! Will definitely stay again!

These are spacious units - either studio or one bedroom. Very comfortable and so convenient for anything you want to do. An easy walk to Merivale, and easy to drive, Uber or bus elsewhere.We will be staying there again next time we are in Christchurch.

Stayed for 2 nights room was spotlessly cleaned in the morning. Fresh towels etc. Great amenities including plunger coffee! Would definitely come back.

We stay here whenever we visit Christchurch. The Host is very accommodating and the rooms are comfortable with luxurious king size bed and super comfy easy chairs. Very handy location as well. Always a pleasant stay.
