Great customer service. I loved getting the video by text showing me exactly what they were looking at replacing and why. They also have tidy EV courtesy cars. You can use Afterpay here which is handy on the budget.

Absolutely amazing service! Needed an alignment and 4 brand new tires, and TTS never hesitated to find time and make sure it was affordable and cheap. Never experienced service like this is a machanical shop. Being young most business will try to take advantage of you and make as much money as possible, but we experienced nothing like that here. This will be the only place we get our cars done in Christchurch and I will be reccommending this place to ALL my family and friends. Id definately encourage you to give this place a chance, theyre like one big family there.

Very seldom would we leave a review.first off putting incorrect tires on our tandem trailer that were not rated to specifications told by another competitor, we decided to try again and was turned down for a puncture repair when we sent a staff member to repaired. He was waiting 45 minutes for tonys to open to only be told that he would have to wait till 1pm for repair but that was not the issue as other with the same issue where served straight off without any issue and pushed infront of my staff member. As any other business we are all under time constraints to get to clients and keep everyone happy. Staff waiting at the job for 3 hours for our machine to turn up on the trailer, we ended up heading off to another competitor who was great and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Not impressed with the service and would not recommend if you would like quality service and advice.

I used to come to this branch, everyone was friendly, cordial, always with a smile and above all, respectful, nothing like what I found on my last visit.I needed new tires for my car, which I got, but the experience overall was awful. Anil (the employee) treated me disrespectfully and made me feel like he was doing me a favour. He was rude and it was really difficult to get him to make the price beating" that Tony's promoted
