Had a cracked phone screen and was able to walk in on the day, drop it off and pick it up 1.5 hours later all fixed and working perfectly. Great customer service and quick turnaround

Went there with my iPhone 12 Pro Max not turning on for hours. While I was explaining the issue to the guy in the front counter, Emily (Tech Specialist) overheard our conversation and understood that I am in dire need to get the phone turned on. She walked to the front and decided to look my phone when she had tons of work ahead of her and my phone was sorted in a span of 40ish mins. I really appreciate that. Best staff. Will definitely go again. A+ service.

My go to repair store in the city for anything MacBook. Super helpful, friendly and honest team doing some great work. I've never had a device repaired here personally but they've helped me out a few times over the years with advice and I refer anyone that has any issues MacBook related to them and they've never been disappointed with the high level of service received!

Previously used a couple of other Wellington Apple specialists. They did the job but these guys were super fast, friendly and all round great service and very detailed assessment. Followed up with great after sales service too will definitely use again.
